Join Jared McCann for an intimate yoga and meditation retreat at Villa Loma Bonita, a privately owned residence located atop a small hill overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and surrounded by lush tropical greenery in Playa Bonita, DR. Space is limited to only 10 yogis, so reserve your spot soon!
The Villa has a beautiful pool/outdoor lounge space, indoor and outdoor yoga practice areas, and massage room. The beach, Playa Bonita, is a 12-minute stroll from the house, and the town of Las Terrenas can be reached by car or motorbike taxi in 10 minutes. There you will find cafés, spas, boutiques, restaurants, and bars.
Each bedroom has a sea view and is tastefully decorated with a mix of comfort and simplicity. All rooms have ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, air conditioner, and wifi.

Culinary program by Ashley Schleeper:
Ashley is a private chef, food stylist and yoga student based in Brooklyn, NY. She’s spent the past 7 years as a host, cook and coordinator for myriad clients and friends including Kinfolk Magazine, Gjelina and Dimes. Being of service and caring for others by way of nourishing and feeding them beautiful, bright and thoughtful food is her love and purpose.
The menu will include vegetarian ingredients, with plenty of raw, vegan, and gluten-free options to suit all dietary needs. On occasion, we will offer a fresh fish of the day. Local, organic ingredients will be used whenever possible.
Most of the vegetables and fruits are sourced from the family’s own greenhouse, located at the family farmhouse. All meals and non-alcoholic drinks are included during your stay.
Our menu will vary each day. Below is a sampling of what could be offered:
Breakfast: Overnight Oats with Toasted Coconut Milk, Chia, Local Fruits, Roasted Nuts/Seeds and Mint
Lunch: Daily Smoothie Bowl, Daily Ceviche, and Grain Salad
Dinner: Hand-pressed Tortillas with Local Fish Adobo, Grilled Local Mushrooms, Roasted Radishes, Sliced Avo, Serrano, Toasted Pepitas and Lime
In the afternoons, you can expect healthy and sweet pick-me-ups like Keetz Co Plant Bites, local fruits, and pavlovas.
Guests fly into Santo Domingo (SDQ) or El Catey International Airport (AZS). Reliable, high quality transport from and to the airport can be arranged for an additional fee.
Payment & Terms
To receive early bird discount, payment must be made in full by August 30th. A $200 non-refundable deposit is due upon sign-up to reserve your spot.
Payment can be made via cash, check, wire transfer or credit card. If paying with credit card a 3% processing fee will also be charged. Payor is responsible for any fees associated with wire transfer.
